YAA is a non-profit organization based in Novi, Michigan started by teenagers pursuing to make a difference. It is a student started group devoted to the youth who want to make a difference in their communities and societies through activism. Activists are not the extremists who have exemplified the wrongness of action without thought, but actually those who actively think and express their support or opposition of a cause through meaningful action. Our main goal is to influence teenagers to participate in activities that would benefit our society and the world as a whole, such as volunteering for fundraisers and charities, while taking part in demonstrations.

We focus on uniting teenagers who share an interest in not only confronting social issues for the civil cause, but also accepting these issues and making changes to resolve them. We also want social issues to not blind our members and instead influence them to feel a dedication to improve their community. Our belief is that every, single one of the youth should be as involved with their community as possible and make sure their voice is heard. Our goals are not over exaggerated dreams or wishes, but actually plans that show the multitudes of our capabilities. We will positively show our support in our community through fundraisers, charities, local government, and other non profit organizations.
